I am a software engineer with a B.Sc in Geology and a background in electronics (technologist). I am a member of all of the local astronomy clubs but most active with the OAFs (Ottawa Astronomy Friends). Despite the mediocre weather here for the persuit of astronomy there are a lot of active and enthusiastic fellow astronomers of various distinction. My equipment is fairly modest but I enjoy it all the same. I am interested in everything except perhaps open clusters. I enjoy public outreach and participate in Sidewalk Astronomy whenever I can.

I managed a better image of M31, the great galaxy in Andromeda. It is in the Galaxy section of the Astrophotography page..
I cleaned up some sloppy pages and long load times. Added a new Moon features page in the Astrophotography section.
